Our Direct Cremation package includes
- Transfer of your loved one: From the place of death within the Sydney metropolitan area.
- All Necessary Documentation and Permits: We handle the required paperwork.
- A Simple Cremation Coffin: Providing a dignified means for the cremation.
- The Cremation Process: Conducted at a reputable Sydney crematorium.
- Return of Cremated Remains: Hand-delivered to a designated family member.
- Death Certificate: Application for the official death certificate from Births, Deaths and Marriages.

While some costs are directly related to the cremation itself, our arranging reflects the value of our staff expertise and the comprehensive support we provide. This includes time dedicated to guiding you, managing all required paperwork, coordinating the cremation process, and our travel within the Sydney area to facilitate these arrangements and hand deliver the ashes back to you in person.
Optional Extras (not included in the Direct Cremation package price)
We offer a range of optional extras.
If you choose to include any of these, the details and cost will be fully discussed and agreed upon with you in advance. You will have complete control over which additional services you select.
- Memorial urn: A wide selection of urns is available at an additional cost, should you wish to choose one.
- After-Hours Transfers: Transfers outside of standard business hours may incur an additional charge. Please enquire for details.
- Viewing: While a direct cremation typically does not include a viewing, this option can be arranged in certain circumstances and will need to be decided before transfer.
- Mortuary care: Including preparation, and dressing of your loved one for the viewing.
- Transfers from home: Transfers from a private residential address may incur a separate fee.
- Extended stay: Should extended mortuary stay be required, additional charges may apply.
- Travel outside standard service area: For transfers outside the standard Sydney metropolitan area, additional travel fees will apply.
